ICE Propel is ICE’s coaching and fundraising network for under-represented founders.
ICE Propel will coach founders in their fundraising journey and give them access to our investor community.

How does ICE Propel work?

Our programme consists of three core elements for selected under-represented founders:‍

‍ • 1:1 Fundraising Coaching Programme and dedicated ICE Mentor

• Access to investors

• Connection wIth the wider ICE Community

‍1:1 Fundraising Coaching Programme and Mentor
‍Each Propel Founder will have the opportunity to participate in eight 1:1 90 min coaching sessions on key aspects of the fundraising journey, with experts from the ICE Community. They will also be connected to an ICE founder who will become their personal mentor to support them throughout the programme.

Coaching topics will include:‍

Running the fundraising process

Maximising your Business Plan

Building your investor pack

Crafting a killer pitch deck (refinement and storytelling)

Pitch/presentation training

Pitch doctor meeting with ICE VCs (preparing for investor questions)

Legal Clinic (Term sheet analysis etc.)

Introduction to the VC model

Mindset and resilience practices

Access to investor network
‍‍‍Following the coaching programme the Propel founders will be introduced to active angel investors and relevant VC funds. The programme cannot guarantee investment but we aim to put founders in a position of strength through our coaching programme and give them access to active investors, creating new networks.

Connection to the ICE Community
‍The ICE propel founders will be given access to all the professional and personal development content created for ICE members and will be welcome to join our monthly Clubhouse community events.

ICE Propel was set up to provide more opportunities for under-represented founders at the beginning of their journey. We understand that many founders receive their initial investment from friends and family, which can exclude many people from even starting their journey. ICE propel aims to elevate and support under-represented founders in different aspects of fundraising through 1:1 coaching and access to investors.
